Synergy Dental Group
Implant dentistry and restorations, first scan to final crown.
You might have lost one tooth, or need an entire smile rebuilt — either way, nothing happens in your mouth until CBCT 3D imaging, alongside full digital scans, has mapped the plan.

Single Tooth Implants
One titanium fixture bonds with the jawbone and carries a crown made just for you — a lasting replacement you'll chew with, speak with and forget about, like the original.

All-on-4 Full Arch
Fixed replacement teeth for a whole arch, carried on 4–6 implants. Angling the rear fixtures often makes bone grafting unnecessary — and in most cases teeth are fitted the same day.

Implant-Supported Dentures
Implants give a drifting denture something solid to hold onto — so meals, conversation and laughter no longer depend on adhesive or luck.

Crowns & Bridges
Porcelain crowns and bridges shaped and shaded to sit invisibly among your own teeth — reinforcing what's weakened, or closing a short gap.

Full-Mouth Restorative
When teeth are worn, broken or failing across the mouth, we sequence implants, crowns and restorations into one staged plan that brings back a working bite.

Sleep Dentistry (Sedation & GA)
If nerves or a long surgical appointment stand in your way, sedation and general anaesthesia let the entire visit pass while you rest.

Fixture, abutment, crown. Four steps, one new tooth.
Free assessment with CBCT 3D imaging
We start with a thorough examination, then chart your bone, nerve pathways and bite using CBCT 3D imaging plus digital scans — millimetre-level planning finished long before surgery begins.
Guided placement day
Following that digital plan, the titanium fixture goes into the jaw during a guided procedure. Prefer to be unaware of any of it? Sedation and general anaesthesia are on offer.
Osseointegration — the quiet phase
In the weeks that follow, the fixture fuses with your bone and settles into an immovable anchor — this is the biology behind an implant's permanence.
The finished restoration
Finally your bridge, crown or full arch is fitted — shade-matched to neighbouring teeth, checked against your bite, and made for everyday eating and speaking.
Every tooth in the arch, replaced. On just four to six implants.
When an entire upper or lower arch is missing — or the remaining teeth are failing and can't be saved — All-on-4 anchors one fixed bridge on 4–6 implants set at carefully calculated angles.
4–6 implants · 1 full arch

Dread the dental chair? Be asleep for the whole thing.
For many people it isn't money that delays new teeth — it's nerves. Implant and All-on-4 procedures can therefore be carried out with sedation, or under general anaesthesia: you drift off, the clinical work happens, and the difficult part is already over when you open your eyes.

Serious dentistry, sensibly financed.
Replacing teeth costs real money, and we'd rather that never be the barrier. At either clinic you can stage your payments, claim rebates instantly and — where eligibility allows — draw on your super.
Instalments through humm & Zip
Break the cost into steady repayments via humm and Zip. Approved applicants can access 0% interest periods, and no-deposit options are available too.
Instant HICAPS rebates
Your private health fund rebate is processed through HICAPS while you're still with us — the gap is all you pay on the day.
Treatment in stages
Bigger cases don't have to be paid in one hit — the work can be sequenced so expenses fall gradually across the course of treatment.
Superannuation, released early*
Where implants or All-on-4 are medically necessary, eligible patients can apply to access super ahead of time — and we supply the clinical documentation your application needs.
*Accessing superannuation early requires ATO approval and depends on eligibility under compassionate release provisions. Payment plans remain subject to each provider's credit assessment and terms. Before any treatment starts you'll hold a personalised, itemised quote from your consultation — nothing unexpected later.
Begin with imaging, decide later.
Your complimentary implant assessment covers a full examination, intraoral scans and advanced 3D imaging that shape your personalised plan — pricing and payment options are laid out clearly before you commit to anything.
